Clubroom Exclusive Use Reservation
Reservable. $250 fee plus a refundable $250 deposit per reservation. The Clubroom remains open 24/7 for general use unless reserved exclusively. Reservations can only be done 90 days into the future.
Reservation Duration: There is a strict timeline of 4 hours. The 6 hours include setup and breakdown time for decorations.
Capacity: There is a strict 25 person limit, including guests and residents.

Guest Suite Cabana 3
Reservable. $150 fee per night + $250 refundable deposit. Reservations can only be done 90 days into the future.
Reservation Duration: There is a maximum reservation of 7 consecutive nights.
Capacity: There is a strict 2 person limit.

Guest Suite Cabana 4
Reservable. $150 fee per night + $250 refundable deposit. Reservations can only be done 90 days into the future.

BBQ Grilling Stations
There are 2 grills on the west side and 2 on the east side of the property.
You can access them directly from the pool deck or off the 5th floor elevator lobby.
Grilling hours are from sunrise to 10:00 PM. Use is first come, first served.
