Interested in reserving our clubroom? Simply fill out the form below, and we’ll be in touch soon! Please make sure to submit your reservation at least 72 hours (not including weekends) in advance to ensure availability.

There is a $250 fee plus a refundable $250 deposit per reservation. The Clubroom remains open 24/7 for general use unless reserved exclusively. Reservations can only be done 90 days into the future.

Reservation Duration: There is a strict timeline of 6 hours. The 6 hours include setup and breakdown time for decorations.

Capacity: There is a strict 25 person limit, including guests and residents. Without a confirmed Clubroom reservation, residents are limited to the number of guests permitted under the standard lease rules and regulations for general guest visitation.

You must follow the Amenities & Services Addendum, Rules & Regulations, Posted Signage, and any verbal instructions from Staff.

Clubroom Reservation Rules & Acknowledgment

By submitting a reservation request for the Gardens Residences Clubroom, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: -Reservation Duration & Hours: All Clubroom reservations are limited to a maximum of 6 hours. The latest permitted start time is 4:00 PM, as the Clubroom must be vacated by 8:00 PM. Early access or extended use is not permitted under any circumstance. -Authorized Area Only: The reservation includes the Clubroom only. It does not include the Yoga Lawn, BBQ Deck, adjacent hallways, or any other amenity space. Use of any additional space without prior written approval will be treated as a violation and may result in cancellation or fines. -Occupancy & Supervision: The resident submitting the request must be present for the entire reservation period and is fully responsible for all invited guests. Guests may not remain in the Clubroom without the resident present. -Noise & Conduct: All activity must comply with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Music or audio must be kept at a reasonable volume. Use of speakers must not disturb nearby residents. No smoking, vaping, or open flames are permitted. -Clean-Up Requirement: The Clubroom must be left clean and free of trash or personal items. Cleaning fees may be charged for excessive mess or failure to return the space to its original condition. -Furniture Use: All Clubroom furniture must remain inside the room and may not be moved outdoors or between rooms. Furniture should be returned to its original layout before the end of the reservation. -Decorations: Decorations must be temporary and non-damaging. Use of nails, tacks, screws, or adhesives (including tape or glue) on walls, ceilings, or furniture is strictly prohibited. Confetti, glitter, and similar materials are not allowed. -Food & Beverage: Residents may bring food and non-alcoholic beverages for private gatherings. No food service or catering is provided by management. All food-related trash must be properly disposed of, and spills must be cleaned to avoid additional charges. -Event Type Restrictions: The Clubroom may only be used for private, non-commercial gatherings. Events involving ticket sales, commercial promotion, political activity, or open invitation to the public are strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing by management. -Amenity Privilege: Clubroom use is a privilege, not a right. Any misuse, disruptive behavior, or violation of these rules may result in: Immediate termination of the event Suspension of future reservation privileges Lease enforcement action or fines -Staff Oversight & Access: Property staff reserves the right to enter the Clubroom at any time during the reservation for safety, maintenance, or enforcement purposes. Residents must comply with all staff instructions. -Resident Status Requirement: Management reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time if the resident is found to be in lease default, including but not limited to: Unpaid rent Repeated violations Unauthorized occupants No refund or rescheduling is guaranteed if a cancellation occurs due to resident default. -Door & Building Access Compliance: The Clubroom doors to the elevator lobby and/or pool deck must remain closed at all times. Propping them open affects air conditioning and building operations. Residents must ensure all guests comply with building access control. Guests are not permitted to tamper with, prop open, or bypass secured doors. Any violation of building security procedures may result in immediate termination of the event and loss of future reservation privileges. -Maximum Occupancy: Clubroom occupancy is limited to a maximum of 25 persons unless otherwise approved in writing by management. Overcrowding may result in immediate event shutdown or fines. -Alcohol Use: Alcohol is not permitted in the Clubroom under any circumstance. -Pets: Pets are not allowed in the Clubroom. This applies to all guests, regardless of the occasion, with the exception of registered and approved service animals. -Damage Reporting: Residents must report any pre-existing damage to management prior to the start of the reservation. Failure to report damage may result in the resident being held financially responsible. -Surveillance: The Clubroom is monitored by security cameras for safety and compliance purposes. No additional consent is required. -Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or reservation modifications must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of future reservation privileges.
